As a Back Office Assistant, you will play an essential role in the company’s operations. You’ll manage incoming orders via online platforms and phone, prepare documentation for shipments, assist customers with order queries and returns, and maintain product quality checks before delivery. Additionally, the role involves updating customer records and ensuring accurate data entry into the internal systems.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a good command of digital tools such as Microsoft Office are essential.
